1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Puppy Pals website at puppypals.io, including the early-access waitlist. The Puppy Pals mobile app has its own terms and privacy policy, shown where you download the app on Google Play.

2. The waitlist

When you join the waitlist, you give us your email address so we can contact you about early access to the app and, occasionally, about launch updates. That's the only thing we use it for. No spam, no newsletters you didn't ask for, and we never sell or share your email with anyone. If you'd like your email removed from the waitlist, write to us at the address below and we'll delete it.

3. Using this site

You're welcome to browse, link to, and share this site. Please don't scrape it, misrepresent it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit other people's email addresses to the waitlist.

4. Content and ownership

The Puppy Pals name, logo, copy, and screenshots on this site belong to us. Screenshots show pre-release software, so what ships may look a little different.

5. No promises (the legal part)

This site and the waitlist are provided "as is." Puppy Pals is pre-release software: we don't guarantee launch dates, feature sets, or that early access will be available in your area. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.

6. Changes

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
